The CXO Leading Change @ work network started in 2019 to provide a confidential, Chatham House Rule environment for senior work and workplace professionals to talk openly about strategic direction, challenges, and communication. Since its launch, the network meets weekly for virtual coffee breaks (every Thursday 12 - 1 pm GMT (European network), 12 - 1 pm EST (North American network), and 12 - 1 pm Singapore time (APAC network). Also, we run ad hoc workshops on key issues to enable inter-network collaborations.
A confidential, no-sells, environment (no access for service providers as such conversations are well facilitated elsewhere) covering a wide geographic area of responsibilities to support navigating the C-19 situation from a global perspective.
Joining is by invitation only and we have a ‘try before you buy’ philosophy to ensure the experience adds value for you and your organization. The number of new members is kept to a minimum each week to help maintain the existing dynamics of the group.
